Goalies and Shooters Clinic:

Goalies and shooters will receive specialized technical training in their respective positions in this clinic.

Goalies: Footwork, Handeye, Stickwork, technique, positional work, and conditioning to be a college goalie.

Shooters: Form and technique, power vs. finesse, dodging vs. cutting, faking and 8 meter strategies.

1:15 pm - check in

1:30 pm - Break into separate groups (Goalies & Shooters)

2:30 am - Break

2:45 pm - Come together (3-4) goalies per cage 3-4 shooters per cage. Working on saves against different kinds of shots.

4:15 pm - Survivor. Goalies vs. shooters last man standing.

4:30 pm - End
