Goalies and Shooters Clinic:

Goalies and shooters will receive specialized technical training in their respective positions in this clinic. 

Goalies: Footwork, Handeye, Stickwork, technique, positional work, and conditioning to be a college goalie.

Shooters: Form and technique, power vs. finesse, dodging vs. cutting, faking and 8 meter strategies.

8:45 am - check in

9:00 am - Break into separate groups (Goalies & Shooters)

10:00 am - Break

10:15 am - Come together (3-4) goalies per cage 3-4 shooters per cage. Working on saves against different kinds of shots.

11:45 am - Survivor. Goalies vs. shooters last man standing.

12:00 pm - End
